Q: What are the costs for your services?
A: With most venues, accommodation and other suppliers we work on commission base. Therefore there are in most cases no extra booking costs or service costs for you. However do you wish only consulting and/or assistance to choose your venues but no assistance in the booking, planning and management phases we will charge you a time related fee for that. An offer for these services can be sent to you maximum within a day from your initial request.

Q: Why do you offer consulting and/or sight inspections separate as well?
A: We believe that there are many companies that have planned and produced so many events themselves with great success, due to having their own specialist in service, that they will only want our help to find the right venue for the right price in a city they don’t know well.

Q: What are the best venues for meetings, conferences and congresses?
A: The ‘best’ venue is the venue that suits your needs and expectations most. Of course all is depending on availability when requesting and in that respect you can never start early enough with your planning. We will ask you some key questions, which will guide us in the right directions as in what venues will suit your event best.

Q: How long will it take you to send us an offer?
A: Normally we can do that in a matter of days but in case the requested term or overall request is difficult to fulfill it might take up to a week.

Q: Will there be any contracts involved?
A: Yes, we believe that contracts are necessary for both parties to know exactly what they’re up to. We believe in clear contracts and in our professionalism. Of course we meet companies every day that try to get free information from us and therefore we will want to sign a contract immediately from the start. Such contract will only be valid in case you do come to the destination offered by us.

Q: Why will we only be charged according contract when we choose the by you offered destination?
A: Many times different destinations are being reviewed and we understand that a different destination can win your decision. It would than be unfair to put you up with extra charges in such case. However we do put our full efforts in giving you professional and fair offers and expect from our clients to respect these efforts by paying a pre contracted consulting fee or by making the complete booking through us in case the by us offered destination is chosen.

Q: How can we request an offer from you
A: Either in the ‘contact us’ section or in the specific services you will find the request form. Please fill the form out as detailed as possible. We will confirm you the receipt of your request and will start working on it. In case we have any question we’ll contact you but in any case we will make you an offer within days or latest a week.
